The hosting platform has almost all of it. Stripe went in recently, which means the billing path exists and the thing is closer to being able to take money than it has ever been — and that was always the bar for it getting a real name.

What's left there is the unglamorous half: the provisioning path holding up when a node is nearly full, and the failure cases around payments that only show up when something goes wrong twice.

Yunoa is next. It's still early and it's mostly waiting on me rather than on any hard problem — the encryption model is decided, the sync question is the part I keep circling.

The game and its scripting VM are on the shelf this month. Not abandoned; just not what I'm opening the laptop for.

The encrypted chat app has been dead since last year and I'm planning to start it over in 2026 rather than pick it back up. Nothing has begun yet — it's on the list, not on the desk.
